Error message, “QuickBooks Online could not add time and expense entries because your QuickBooks Online account does not have time tracking enabled”

Minute7 can sync with any version of QuickBooks Online that has time and expense tracking enabled. This integration allows your team’s time and expense entries in Minute7 to flow directly into QuickBooks Online for payroll, invoicing, and job costing.

 

✅ Supported Versions

  • QuickBooks Online Essentials
  • QuickBooks Online Plus
  • QuickBooks Online Advanced

❌ Not Supported

  • QuickBooks Online Simple Start (formerly called QuickBooks Online Basic)

QuickBooks Online Simple Start does not include time tracking features. Because Minute7 relies on QuickBooks Online’s time tracking functionality, Simple Start is not compatible. If your company is currently using Simple Start, you will need to upgrade to QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced to use Minute7’s time tracking features.
